- Eyelid Lift: Get rid of the saggy, wrinkled eyes with a blepharoplasty treatment, also known as an eyelid lift. This treatment eliminates the extra tissue on the eyelid so that your eyes appear to be brighter and younger. You will notice the results right away, but you should plan time for healing so that the swelling and bruising can go away. Most people need three or four weeks of healing time.
