I had upper and lower bleph with an eyebrow lift with Dr. Berry Fairchild a few months ago, and I’m thrilled with the results! My upper eyelids were hooded, making me look constantly tired, and I had noticeable bags under my eyes. The consultation was very thorough—she listened to my goals and explained everything clearly. Surgery went smoothly with minimal discomfort, and recovery was a little longer than I anticipated- but she reassured me to “Trust the Process “ (I had some bruising & swelling for about 10+ days, but icing helped a lot). Now my eyes look brighter, more open, and naturally refreshed—friends keep saying I look well-rested without guessing I had anything done. Highly recommend Dr. Berry Fairchild and her team of wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced team for anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

I had the pleasure of first meeting Dr. Rednam when I accompanied my daughter to her own consult. At the end of that meeting, I one hundred percent felt like, she is the one! That meeting made it easy to choose Dr. Rednam for my own surgery. During my consult, she completely understood what I wanted to achieve. Nothing more, nothing less. I have felt confident and safe in her hands. Her nurse Lauren was also great to work with. She has been genuine and clear as to what to expect throughout this journey. The OR staff and office staff have all been courteous and professional as well.

Best experience, even though it was the scariest experience! The procedure I had done was very invasive – reason I was scared, but Dr. Boutros stepped up to the plate and truly made me feel so confident him his God given skills. I don’t say it’s lightly, but he is amazing! One cannot be this excellent without a staff that reflects him – best staff I have ever experienced. Thorough and knowledgeable, kind, sympathetic, and caring all at the same time. I am now one week postop and all I can say is I know I was in the best hands possible. I waited months for a consult with Dr. Fairchild because there was literally no other surgeon I could imagine doing any work on my body- not just post baby but in general. My experience did not disappoint. She’s thorough, she’s kind, she spends time with you, she has a natural approach, and her skills are impeccable. Her entire staff made everything so seamless and welcoming and not like I was just another patient for them to get out the door. I did my research for over a year, I read the reviews, I sought out actual patients she had worked with and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Dr. Baylan and his staff are incredible. He performed a reconstruction after a double masectomy. It was an emotional time for me, and he was very understanding and thorough with his explanations of my options. If I had a question after a procedure or any time, I would message his staff and hear back from them very quickly. It was always reassuring to know someone was there to pass on my question for me, and to know the doctor would respond at a very quick amount of time. If I have to have any procedures in the future, I would go to Dr. Baylan. He gentleness along with his confidence and knowledge let you know you are in the best hands for your needs.

I have had two different procedures – ear lobe rejuvenation & repiercing with Dr. Cassie Hartline, and an upper bleph with Dr. Vinaya Rednam. Best surgeons ever.

I went to Dr. Boutros for issues related to implants I’d had years ago. He removed the implants and reconstructed the breasts from belly fat. The results are astounding! Not only does my body look more natural and years younger but I feel more energy, no longer desire the junk foods, and he strengthened my ab muscles so I now have a stronger core. Both he and his staff are professional and caring. Dr. Boutros has a wonderful personal approach to his practice that shows he is truly passionate about what he does. I never realized all the side effects that implants caused!

Great overall experience. Dr. Fairchild took the time to provide options with realistic expectations. I could tell she was very interested in what outcomes I wanted and was able to tailor an appropriate plan for me. 10 out of 10 I would recommend at least a chat!

My surgeon was Dr. Cassie Hartline. In addition to being absolutely knowledgeable, she took the time to explain every single step of the procedure. I didnt feel like I was being sold to but that she want me to make informed decisions. I loved her and would highly recommend her and her staff.

Dr. Kuperan is top notch, he took a good amount of time to hear and address my concerns, then provided his feedback. He has excellent bedside manners. I did not feel rushed by his office even though I know this is a very busy time of the year for him and his team. From front office staff to check-out staff, everyone was cordial and helpful. Excellent & professional care

I had a dermatofibroma on the front of my arm that had been getting larger, harder, and changing color. My dermatologist referred me to My Houston Surgeons, where I was scheduled for a consultation with Dr. Berry Fairchild for removal of this benign skin lesion. From the initial consultation, Dr. Fairchild was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She immediately earned my confidence, so I proceeded with the procedure in June—and it went swimmingly! She and her staff made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure and at every follow-up appointment. The follow-up care was excellent. I saw Dr. Fairchild along with her PA, Elysse (who was also wonderful), two additional times to help refine the scar. Today was my third—and six-month—follow-up, and my scar looks really good. It’s flat and appears as a fine line, which was the goal, and I’m hopeful it will continue to improve over time. I also followed all post-procedure instructions carefully—very important! She’s an excellent doctor, but not a magician. I truly appreciated that my relatively small procedure was treated with the same care and importance as any larger surgery Dr. Fairchild performs. I had a great experience and highly recommend her to anyone. Many thanks to Dr. Fairchild and her entire team!

Online communication were seamless and very efficient. If I had questions, I had available links and contact numbers to get my questions answered. The operation check-in & facilities were excellent. The follow up post-op appointment was on time and very professional.

Nurses and everyone in the office are incredibly friendly and welcoming! I’ve never had any issues during my visits. I recently underwent my rhinoplasty in September, and I was a bit apprehensive about the entire procedure. However, Dr. Sanaz took great care of everything and made me feel completely at ease. I usually do not do reviews on google but Dr Rednam did my Ftm top surgery (keyhole) recently on November 19th and i finally got a look at it unwrapped November 26th i think she did absolutely great and i love the results so far and even though there is still a little healing and mild swelling it looks exactly as i would have wanted. The staff are absolutely kind and great too i would highly recommend for any Ftm who are looking for a top surgeon doctor in Houston.

Got my upper bleph from Dr. Berry Fairchild and it was amazing. I healed very fast, and the scar is not even noticeable 2 months later! Very faint but is healing beautiful! First photo is with stitches 5 mins after surgery and then the other is 2 months later.

Very professional from start to finish

I was looking for a surgeon who could improve the look of a major scar on my shoulder and so grateful Dr. Ryan Couvillion took my case. He has great bedside manner (a must for me), provided me with realistic options, and while I’m still in the early stages of healing after my scar excision surgery, I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr. Boutros is a kind, caring individual that is an extraordinary plastic surgeon. As a nurse practitioner, I have worked with many surgeons. None have been like Dr. Boutros. Dr Chang is great. Had a Cochlear Implant, he listens and lets you ask questions. Surgery went well, healed quickly with small incision. Office staff is great. Kim went out of her way to help me get approved by my insurance. I highly recommend Dr Chang! So glad I got the Cochlear and would do again if needed.

For over five years, I struggled with chronic sinus congestion that significantly affected my sleep, ability to exercise, and overall quality of life. My symptoms worsened dramatically after I moved to the Houston area. I tried countless decongestants and nasal sprays, many of which are shown in the photos below and they became a daily necessity just to breathe. As time went on, I realized I needed to address the root cause of my condition. I consulted several ENT specialists in Houston and was told I had allergies. I was prescribed even more decongestants and advised to pursue long-term allergy treatments. Deep down, I knew there was more to my condition than allergies alone, but I wasn’t sure what it was. I began researching my symptoms and discovered that many others were experiencing the exact same issues. This led me to research treatment options, and that’s when I came across a well-known “TV celebrity” doctor in the Houston area, Dr. K. I scheduled a consultation with him. After waiting nearly two hours, he entered the room and introduced himself casually by his first name. Based on my CT scan, he quickly concluded that surgery was needed. Unfortunately, he did not seem interested in listening to my concerns or understanding my experience. Instead, much of the consultation focused on the cost of the surgery and the requirement for full payment upfront. While I had no issue paying for necessary treatment, I found it uncomfortable and discouraging to discuss billing in such a manner during an initial medical consultation. The interaction felt impersonal and condescending. I left feeling like I was paying not only for surgery, but also for television commercials and that was not what I was looking for. Determined to find the right physician, I continued my research and discovered Dr. Kaplan. Choosing him turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. From my very first consultation, Dr. Kaplan spoke less and listened more. He made me feel like I was his only patient, something that is incredibly rare, especially for a busy surgeon. He thoroughly explained my condition and recommended septoplasty and turbinate reduction procedure, taking the time to walk me through every detail and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in the process. I decided immediately to move forward and scheduled my surgery with his patient care coordinator, Alondra. She provided pricing information the same day, which was significantly more affordable than what I had been quoted elsewhere. On the day of surgery, the process was smooth and efficient, and my recovery began shortly thereafter. I later realized I needed additional FMLA time to fully recover. When I reached out to Dr. Kuperan’s office, Alondra was incredibly understanding and worked with me to extend my FMLA so I could heal properly. Today, I am proud to say goodbye to my breathing issues—and to the endless pills and decongestants. I can breathe freely again, and I am truly grateful to Dr. Kaplan and his entire team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I had to offer one small piece of feedback, it would be to minimize wait times during post-operative visits, if possible, though this may have been unique to my experience. Overall, I am extremely thankful for the care I received. If you are suffering from sinus congestion, I strongly encourage you not to make the same mistake I did. Go straight to Dr. Kuperan.

Dr. Kuperan and his staff are outstanding. I traveled from across the state for a second opinion and decided to proceed with Dr. Kuperan as my primary. They make sure you’re comfortable with the treatment program and so far I can say my sinusitis is almost completely gone. Dr. Kuperan was a lifesaver. My prior surgery with a different surgeon resulted in poor healing and complications. Dr. Kuperan quickly identified the issue, that other surgeons failed to see, and the surgery was smooth and close to painless. His level of knowledge and bedside manner surpasses others in his field. I had million percent better experience than everyone I talked to who has had the same procedure. Dr. Kuperon DOES NOT use splints in his surgeries which makes the healing process extremely easy. I woke up and could already feel a difference. It is two weeks post op, and I am at my appointment and I have not even taken any painkillers today. He says at my last appointment in two weeks, the single dissolvable stitch he put in will be gone and my teeth will not be numb anymore. He says I can start exercising now and take ibuprofen. Seriously, listen to me: If your doctor is going to be using splints, do not walk, run away and come find Dr. Kuperon.

I was really hesitant to have surgery on my nose after having a few really pushy doctors in Houston go over some of my sinus issues so I decided to take a year “interviewing” doctors to see if I could find someone who not only made me feel more confident in the procedure but also helped me better understand the challenges I was having the entire staff was so welcoming and professional o never felt like a number and great patient care is tough to find these days I am so happy I decided to work with DR. Fantastic. I can breath again!

I’ve struggled with chronic sinusitis all of my life (my nose has always been congested). I saw Dr. Kuperan and was so impressed by his expertise and bedside manner that I decided to do the turbinate reduction surgery with him. This procedure has been life changing! I feel like a new person – my sleep quality and energy levels have improved dramatically, which I attribute to being able to breathe clearly for the first time in my life. (Writing this review on behalf of my fiancé, Sosa.) Been dealing with breathing problems for 5 + years. I was congested most days. I tried nasal sprays, breathing strips, nasal washes. Nothing helped. I went to a local ENT and they gave me nasal sprays that worked short term. I had given up and thought this was something I had to deal with for the rest of my life. After some research, we found Dr. Kuperan. He laid out two treatment plans for me. The first one included a series of small procedures that may or may not work. The second one included a combination surgery with Dr. H, which he was most confident in. About a week after surgery, I felt my breathing improve by 100%. Three months after surgery, I am still able to breathe better! This was a life changing surgery. Dr. Kuperan is everything you want in a doctor. Dr Kuperan is a fantastic doctor! I had been putting off sinus surgery for years until my PCP told me I had no choice. From the moment I met Dr. Kuperan, he was professional, compassionate and thorough. The CT scan was done in the office and he sat with me and explained everything afterwards. I’ve had difficulty breathing out of my nose my entire life, and other ENTs just told me to use allergy medication. Dr Kuperan took my concerns seriously, and recommended a turbinate reduction as my turbinates were enlarged and taking up a lot of space that usually air should be able to flow through. Dr Kuperan did an excellent job with the surgery: I was obviously unconscious for the surgery itself so no memories there, but when I woke up and rejoined society, recovery was smooth and, most importantly, I can breathe through my nose now!!! Truly incredible. Cannot believe this is how everyone has been living out here, clear sinusus and breathing freely?! Dr Kuperan and his staff are friendly and communicative: all appointments and the surgery itself went extremely well, I knew what to expect, I felt comfortable with all parties involved, the anesthesia team was great (while I was awake to meet them), and everything went as smoothly as could possibly be expected. If you’re sitting there testing out your nose breathing capabilities and have anything less than “free flowing oxygenated goodness” as your assessment results, this could be worth checking out! Dr Arjuna Kuperan with HPCS changed my life! I have been living with having a nose that is stuffed up all the time. I used to wake up with a stuffed nose. I used to lay on a massage table and after 15 minutes laying on my stomach, I could no longer breathe through my nose. My massage therapy sessions were only enjoyable in the first quarter hour. My therapist found Dr Kuperan in a magazine listing him as Top Houston Docs so she gave me his number. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I was so impressed with Dr Kuperan’s chairside manners. In our first consultation, he thoroughly laid out my options and listed to my concerns. He used a device and led it gently inside my nose while I watched on a monitor screen right in front of me. It showed that I had a deviated septum that blocked air flows. No wonder I could not breathe most of the time. After a second sessions, I decided to have the surgery. The surgery was performed right next door to Dr. Kuperan’s office. It started at 7am and by 12pm, I was already going home. I took three days off from work and was already returning to work on the 4th day. After a couple of weeks, the bleeding completely stopped. The best part is I now can breathe; I now can sleep well at night; I no longer woke up all stuffy like before. I saw Dr Kuperan two more times for follow up and everything healed really well. Excellent experience! Dr. Kuperan is knowledgeable and personable, and I can breathe for the first time in a year. He proceeded cautiously by trying antibiotics first to clear up sinus issues, but when they didn’t work we proceeded to sinuplasty surgery with turbinate reduction, which is what I needed. No complications, no issues — just easy breathing! I’d recommend Dr. Kuperan and his team to anyone.

I came to Dr. Kuperan after years of “breathing like a fat kid”, or so I was told. My loud nasal breathing annoyed friends and co-workers, with some not wanting to sit next to me in the lunch room. I would also get really congested at night time. Dr. Kuperan explained that this was an enlarged turbinate issue, which could easily be fixed by a quick outpatient surgery. I also had a nasal valve (my left nostril, essentially) collapse, so he teamed up with his partner, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Harirchian, to correct all of this during the same surgery. I ended up having: turbinate reduction on both sides of my nose, septoplasty, and nasal valve collapse repair with rib cartilage. About a week after surgery, and late on a Friday night, I reached out to Dr. Kuperan with a terrible headache and vomiting. He promptly responded, asked a series of questions, diagnosed a migraine (which I have never had), and I found immediate relief with whatever he called in for me. I was so thankful to have a surgeon who was not only that attentive after surgery, but also so knowledgeable to determine exactly what the problem was! Since surgery, I am ecstatic to report that I can really, truly, BreatheBetterNow. My body doesn’t even know what to do with all of this oxygen passing through my nose. And my co-workers are no longer avoiding me at lunch :). In a random turn of events, I moved from Texas to Colorado 2 months after surgery. Over the weekend, my family and I went up Mt. Evans, which is over 14,000 ft elevation. I was the only one not effected by the altitude – probably because this now well functioning nose of mine is having no trouble sucking in all the oxygen! Reviews for doctors, in my opinion . . . Really must be for both the procedure and the doctor. Let’s start with the procedure. . . 95% blockage of my nasal and sinus passages by polyps. Bad enough that at first he thought I didn’t have some sinus cavities because they were not visible on X-rays because of blockage. Needless to say, breathing was difficult. I had not blown my nose in years. He fixed all of this and the passages are clear! Now perhaps any doctor could achieve this, because guess what??? Doctor Stark did this same procedure on me a decade earlier! So why will this one be different? THAT is where the second part of the review comes into play. So let’s set the stage (yes, it’s my review and I will pontificate if I please and you can read or not, the review is 5 stars. . . Maybe that is enough for you). 2 years prior I was drawn to a new ENT as my snoring was out of control and I could feel my nasal cavities were not open or clear. I sought out Dr. Kuperan and with an extra referral from my hand doctor I knew he was it. I went to see him and I liked his honesty. He’s also a wonderful mix of artistic and intelligent, lacking the ability to be dishonest albeit he’s very direct. He’s also . . . Greater in price . . . and while that may not always mean better . . . it does in Dr. Kuperan’s case . . . don’t settle for us, trust me. Fast forward two years and my HSA account was properly built, but I no longer was able to sleep with my wife (or she’d kill me because of snoring) and it was time. Problem? I was spending a great majority of my time in Denver, so I visited a well respected ENT there. But her office was cold (not temperature) and in disarray. She said all the right things, but the overall office did not protray what she was saying. And then luckily, I ended up coming back to Houston and was able to get back on the books with Dr. Kuperan! And I am so glad that I did! The procedure, has been a life saver and having it done by Dr. Kuperan has been a major blessing! It’s been about 5 months and the follow up visits have been wonderful and informative, and with great maintaining and prevention measures shared. I would and have recommended Dr. Kuperan, a million times over!!! Honesty, efficiency, informative, caring and above all effective!

This review is definitely long overdue. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Harirchian in 2020, and at first I was a bit disappointed with my results. Looking back now, I realize I just needed to give it more time (about two years). Now I couldn’t be happier with how my nose looks!! I wanted a slimmer bridge and a less bulbous tip while still maintaining a natural look, and she delivered exactly that. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable for her level of expertise, and my recovery was smooth and not painful at all. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sanaz performed a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, & a turbinate reduction & I am a complete new person with a nose that works!! I had a crocked nose and had problems breathing, especially at night. The surgery was smooth and the healing process was even smoother! Everyone in Dr. Sanaz’s team is amazing. Definitely worth the time and $$$$$

I came to Dr. H for 2 issues – a nasal valve collapse that caused me to breathe loudly through my nose (which annoyed many people, apparently) and not liking the appearance of the tip of my nose, which seemed to have fallen over time on my already long, pointy nose, giving me a witch-like appearance. Dr. H was very thorough during the consultation. She pointed out the defects and deformities in a way that I could understand, and I liked that she didn’t make grandiose promises of perfection, but rather set realistic expectations for what could be achieved, and the trade-offs that would come with my surgery. For instance, in order to correct the collapsed nasal valve, she needed to widen my nose (of course, makes sense, how can I breathe better through that nostril if you don’t open it up?), and to do this she may need to use a piece of rib cartilage. She explained that she would make a judgement on the table that would balance a wider nose with improved breathing. I have always had a very thin, pointy nose, and I could tell that her expertise and experience led her to relay this information to me so that I was not shocked by a wider nose post-operatively. During the surgery, which was done in conjunction with her partner, sinus surgeon Dr. Kuperan, the inside of my nose was a mess that we weren’t expecting. Surgery was supposed to take 2.5 hours and ended up being double that because of all the work that needed to be done. Not only did she end up using the rib cartilage, but she also had to take some tissue from behind my ear to help properly rebuild my nose. I was later told by the OR team that Dr. H was meticulous and took her time to ensure that everything was done perfectly. I could not be more grateful to have a surgeon who is not only an expert in facial plastic surgery but will take her time to get things just right. She didn’t rush or complain (and it was a Friday afternoon!). She and her team have been wonderful through the post-op process as well. Claire and Belen always make sure that I am comfortable and that my questions are answered. It’s hard to believe that I am only 4 months out because my nose already looks so good! My profile is incredible, and boy can I breathe!!!

Their office did a great job at explaining each medication I had to take the week prior to get ready for surgery. And they had me prepare in advance everything I would need the week of surgery. With clear instructions and following each step exactly as directed, I had very minor bruising and could breath right away!

I love my results! Dr. Sanaz gave me exactly what I wanted. She raised my bridge, defined my tip, and narrowed my nostrils. I’m about 1 month post op. My surgery was on 3/29/2022. I cant wait to start taking photos again. If you are an AA woman considering rhinoplasty, Dr. Sanaz is a great choice.

I was diagnosed with triple negative, invasive ductal carcinoma in 2019. After I received cancer treatment, I had a double mastectomy with tissue expanders put in place to make space for my future breast implants. I was told that breast implants were my only breast reconstruction option because of my thin frame and using my own body tissue was not an option. Without getting a second opinion, I moved forward with the bilateral breast implant surgery. While I didn’t have any complications with either surgery, I still felt incomplete, even after the physical healing was all said and done. Recently one of my breast implants folded inward and its shape was no longer round, causing an undesired appearance. That is how I ended up in Dr. Sean Boutros’ office. Dr. Boutros blind-sided me (in the best way) with another breast reconstruction option that I was unaware was even a possibility for me. He confidently told me about a Stacked DIEP and PAP Flap surgery. Essentially, he would remove my breast implants permanently and use my own body tissue flaps, stacked on top of one another to give me natural looking breasts. Dr. Boutros didn’t hesitate when responding to any of my questions and his confidence in his surgical ability was profound. To me, bedside manner goes a long way when building a rapport with a physician, especially one that you are going to entrust with performing a 10-hour surgery on you, and Dr. Boutros is not only friendly, but he is also a joy to be around. After recovering from surgery, I had new breasts that looked way better than my “pre-cancer” breasts. A few months after my Stacked DIEP and PAP Flap surgery, Dr. Boutros performed bilateral nipple reconstruction by using my ear cartilage. I know it sounds like I might be making this up, but it’s true. What’s also true is how incredible my nipples look. I am very happy with my results. It’s been a heck of a few months, but making that initial appointment with Dr. Boutros was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After over 5 years of being disappointed with how my breasts looked, I now feel complete. I no longer have breast implants and now have breasts made from my own body tissue. One other benefit to removing my breast implants was that I had no idea I was suffering from breast implant illness. My symptoms weren’t extreme, so I just thought my daily exhaustion and fatigue were from the daily grind of working and being a mom. I was pleasantly surprised with how much energy I had post breast implant removal. I’m no longer fatigued and I’ve become a better, livelier and more productive, version of me. No one can even tell he had anything wrong with him. As a parent with a child with a “birth defect” it was important to find the best! He is definitely the best! Although I had some trouble with scheduling surgery, I would recommend him to anyone. The outcome and long-term positive effects for my son, outweigh any misunderstandings that may have occurred!!! Dr. Sean Boutros definitely had his work cut out for him- pun intended!! I went to see him for a Revision Rhinoplasty that was done by another surgeon several years ago. After being left with a crooked almost collapsed mess on my face that I thought I would be stuck with it forever. He knew exactly what needed to be done, he worked his magic and I can honestly say that this is the nose I was always supposed to have. 18 months ago, when I was diagnosed with cancer, I was terrified. I talked to a number of respected surgeons and was not comfortable with any of them. I felt very much like a number, not a human being. When I contacted my friend at Second for help, she immediately said Dr. Boutros was the solution. I went back to work after two weeks including driving. Now week three I’m back to wearing heels. I still am not standing completely straight, but that will come. Dr. Boutros is the best of the best! He performed a rhino-septoplasty on me six weeks ago, and since I first visited with Dr. Boutros, he has gone out of his way to make sure I’m comfortable and have all of my questions answered. The surgery experience was fairly easy and quick, and he checked up on me multiple times in the surgery center and called me as I was recovering at home. After my surgery, my bruising was gone after week and I could immediately see the results after taking off my cast. Before my surgery, he did a “mock-up” of what my nose might look like, and after taking my six week follow-up photos, it is nearly identical to the mock-ups. I am so happy with the results and cannot thank Dr. Boutros enough!!

Dr. Boutros handled my DIEP reconstruction in combo with my prophylactic double mastectomy June of 2024. I opted to have him add muscle repair and lipo to flanks during procedure at my cost (which is such a relief that it could be done at the same time). I can not say enough about his kind nature, gentle bedside manner and overall skills. He truly made me feel 100% confident during the entire process. To say he is an artist, is an understatement. WOW is all I have to say. “Thank you”, can not even begin to express my appreciation. His staff is excellent from nurses to billing and reception/check out as well. Nurses were super easy to reach with any question or concerns. Please do yourself a favor and reach out to this man! You will not regret it.

I have to say that I went into a breast reduction consultation not knowing if it was what I needed and walked out knowing that I was indeed looking at my best option. I’d done a lot of research on surgeons and costs. I’d looked into insurance coverage and the most qualified plastic surgeon for my standards. When my insurance suggested Dr. Boutros, I questioned the quality of care I’d receive under an insurance covered surgery. Most just do the reduction and don’t pay attention to the little things that a board certified cosmetic surgeon would normally. But after reading reviews and seeing results on others and speaking to him, I felt he was the best fit for ME. And boy, am I glad I did! My biggest concern was having symmetrical breasts that did not lose any sensation or would be painful later. I went into the preop room in tears because I was so worried. But Dr. Boutros and his bedside demeanor truly put me at ease. He set my mind at ease, and when I went back for my follow-up, he made me feel confident in my decision and warned me of the possibilities of numbness and other side effects of the surgery. I’m 6 weeks post-op, and I can’t tell you how happy I am with the result! I haven’t had such perfectly shaped breasts since I was 13! And everything has healed perfectly! His staff is truly outstanding and makes you feel like the only patient in their office. Sarah and Celeste truly went above and beyond in my care and paperwork follow-up. After four kids, nursing, weight gain and weight loss, my breasts were saggy and heavy. I battled with sciatica, neck pains, back pain, etc. I had a hard time running due to the weight of them. Well, I have to say, I not only am GLAD I had the surgery, but I’m glad it was HIM who performed it. my biggest worries were that I’d end up with uneven nipple size and that I’d lose sensitivity in my breasts. I’m happy to say that 9 months later, I have not only perfectly shaped breasts, but minimal scarring and a new found confidence! After deciding to do a double mastectomy , due to breast cancer, I was. discouraged in thinking that I could use my own tissue for breast reconstruction much less in finding a plastic surgeon that could do a lap flap surgery. After taking time in searching I was highly referred and recommended to Dr. Boutros. He was definitely God sent. He understood my concerns and the procedure went smoothly, just as promised.The outcome and care from his nurses and staff was up and beyond of what I expected. I am very satisfied and happy to be Dr Boutros’ patient.

Doctor Boutros put my body and life back together after breast cancer. After a double mastectomy, Doc B preformed diep flap reconstruction to make me whole again. Can’t say enough great things about Dr Boutros. I’m so happy with my outcome. Was nervous going in for the consult. My best friend had an amazing result from her surgery and recommended him to me. As a result of an injury to my nose, I suffered from new onsets of symptoms such as a diminished airway through my right nostril, snoring (I did not snore previously), changes in my ability to smell, and constantly feeling congested on the affected side. Dr. Sean Boutros at My Houston Surgeons was a God send! Not only was he thorough in his exam and in his diagnosis, he is easy to talk to and takes the time to listen! The day I went in for my surgery, Dr. Boutros walked in to the pre-op area where I was sitting and stated that he would like to say a prayer for me if I was comfortable with it. Of course I accepted his very kind and thoughtful offer! Being in the medical field myself for over 20 years, this was a first for me. My surgery (septoplasty with spreader grafts) went well and I am happy to report that I am now 5 weeks post-op and doing great! I can breathe through my nose again! Breast Impant Removal Surgery: Dr. Boutros is classified as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon for a reason – he is highly trained surgeon and continues to train in his field of speciality to be skilled at what he does. His skill is impeccable and my results have exceeded anything I could have imagined. I had very large implants with daily excessive neck and shoulder strain/pain. They were removed and he somehow “sculpted” my breast tissue into my breast area so I have a bust line. He is a magician of sorts you could say. Family members were the first to go to him and know I know why. Thank you!

Got a reduction on January 30th 2024 from a G cup to a D cup. I feel so much lighter and I’m truly satisfied. My biggest worry was scarring especially because I’m a dark skinned woman but I can truly say I have very minimal scarring. Going through any kind of surgery is scary within itself but Dr. Boutros and his team made me feel completely comfortable about the entire process. I would recommend him to my peers.

I’ve always struggled with my weight and have been on a 5 year weight loss journey….my consultation appointment I asked if I need to lose more weight before we do this? His answer was no I had so much excess skin that no amount of exercise or diet was going to get that to go away. He did an extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift with lipo. I cannot be happier! I can’t put into words what an amazing human doctor Boutros is! My first visit with him was a month after I finished chemo and wanted z double mastectomy with reconstruction! He sat down with me for over an hour going over every option! He gave me his advice on which route I should go with and him being the professional I took that advice and I’m so happy I did! Jan.7 I had NAP surgrey (to keep my nipples) then Jan 18 I had double mastectomy with diep/pap flap reconstruction! I was so happy with my results … I had phase 2 April 17 where he did fat grafting to add more definition to my breast , removed dog ears and scar reservation!! I’m so in love with how my body looks now! Cancer took so much from me at 35 years old but Dr. Boutros gave me so much more! I no longer look in the mirror and see cancer! I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma on the side of my face near my ear. It’s scary to have cancer. I was nervous not only for the diagnosis but also to have part of my face cut off. I walked into My Houston Surgeons office full of anxiety but it quickly dissolved. The office was clean, beautiful and friendly from check-in to discharge. Dr. Boutros made me feel instantly at ease with his kind bedside manner. He treated me like I was important, not like just another patient or just another common surgery. The excision and closure were painless and timely. I thought the incision site would be ugly but he made sure my face was not traumatized. The closure is healing well and I can already tell it will be hard to detect I ever had cancer at all.

I have used Dr. Dr. Boutros twice for lipo, tummy tuck and recently breast augmentation. I have not been disappointed with my results and will refer family and friends. My body is beautiful and amazing!

Dr. Boutros is an amazing surgeon who was able to repair my failed reconstruction after I was given no hope of success by my previous surgeon. Dr. Boutros knew immediately what treatment plan would work best for me and was able to explain why. He was patient and understanding in ways that other surgeons never were. After many consultations and failed surgeries with other providers and several years with no breasts, his patience and understanding meant the world to me. My body is whole again and the results are beautiful.

Dr Boutros repaired my neck after a very large recurrent skin cancer excision. I was worried that I would always have a defect there in such a noticeable place. Dr. Boutros reconstructed the area, and it is almost imperceptible now. He is a gem – a wonderful surgeon and person.
