Sean Boutros, MD, FACS
“Excellence in treatment with compassion of care,” is the mission statement of Dr. Sean Boutros. He founded My Houston Surgeons, formerly Houston Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery, to provide a vehicle for state of the art cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for patients in Houston and around the world. Dr. Sean Boutros aims to provide the best possible care to all of his patients with the most current advancements in plastic surgery. He also aspires to provide services to children with facial disfigurements regardless of financial resources.

Rukmini “Vinaya” Rednam, MD
Dr. Rukmini Rednam is a board certified plastic surgeon in The Woodlands and Houston, TX area. She specializes in all areas of Plastic Surgery including aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body, body contouring following massive weight loss, and hair restoration and transplantation. She has a special interest in reconstructive surgery of the entire body with a focus on breast reconstruction, specifically microvascular free transfer techniques.

Arjuna Kuperan, MD
Dr. Arjuna Kuperan is a Rhinologist specializing in the treatment of sinus, nasal, and skull base disorders and a board certified Otolaryngologist (ENT). He is one of a select few fellowship certified Rhinologists in all of Texas. As an Ivy League graduate of Brown University and a certified diplomate of the premier University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Rhinology Fellowship, Dr. Kuperan has always set the highest standards for himself and patient satisfaction.

Sanaz Harirchian, MD
Sanaz Harirchian, MD is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. She is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery. Her practice is dedicated to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, with a focus on rhinoplasty, eyelid, and facelift surgery. By focusing exclusively on the face, Dr. Sanaz Harirchian believes that she can give her patients the best care and outcomes.

Berry Fairchild, MD
Dr. Fairchild is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Fairchild was a chief resident in plastic surgery from July 2021 until June 2022 when she graduated. She is thrilled to join My Houston Surgeons, where she looks forward to refining her skills, focusing on microsurgical breast reconstruction and aesthetic surgery, serving a wide variety of patients in the Houston area.

Cassie Hartline, MD
Dr. Hartline was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is honored to be a part of My Houston Surgeons and provide reconstructive and aesthetic surgeries and nonsurgical interventions to patients in the Woodlands and Houston area.

Dr. Ryan Couvillion is a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in Houston, TX, specializing in cosmetic procedures for the breasts, body, face, and skin. A native Houstonian and sixth-generation Texan, Dr. Couvillion is proud to serve the community where he grew up. With a passion for aesthetics and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, he takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, helping them make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their transformation journey.
