Cosmetic Injectables and Fillers for Visible Improvement
Cosmetic injectable fillers are for patients who are looking to achieve substantial improvement for specific conditions.
These commonly include:
- Nasal-labial folds
- Marionette lines
- Cheeks and tear trough
When injected into the lips, fillers work to make the lips look fuller and more appealing.
Types of Injectables
“Autologous” simply refers to the use of one’s own tissues or fat. Fat is harvested from the patient’s own body and re-injected to the region after it is purified. Results vary from one patient to another depending on the body’s re-absorption rate. Two or three fat injection sessions can ensure permanent results.
Restylane® is an advanced hyaluronic acid injectable that contains hyaluronic acid – a natural substance found in the body. Typically, this anti-aging substance lasts approximately six to nine months. If desired, the results can be sustained even after this period by undergoing a repeat session. At HPCS we offer Restylane® and Restylane® Lyft®.

Neurotoxins, such as ®, are prescription medications that block the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions, so that frown lines are temporarily softened or eliminated. The procedure includes a series of tiny injections into designated muscles of your face that are causing the unwanted lines and wrinkles. There may be mild discomfort during the injection, however Xeomin® is very safe. The treatment takes only a few minutes, requires no anesthetic, and recovery is immediate, allowing you to return to work with no restrictions that same day.
Silicone based injectables give permanent results but involve a certain degree of risk and complication.
Typically with permanent injectables, an anesthetic cream is first applied. This is followed by injection of a small amount of local anesthetic, which numbs specific nerves and allows to provide the injection with minimal discomfort.
