Meet The My Houston Surgeons Team
Cathy Meredith, RN, NP, MBA

Cathy joined MHS in June of 2018 and has a dual role in our practice. She is our Breast Cancer Coordinator as well as our Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development. She has been in the medical field since 1994 in various roles throughout the Houston area, but has spent most of her career working with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare system. She received her Master’s in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center in 2001 and her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Houston in 2011. After receiving a diagnosis of bilateral breast cancer in September of 2016, she decided to change her career path and join MHS so that she could work with breast cancer patients to connect them to resources and offer support as someone who has been through that journey. She has been married to Edward Luedtke who owns Divetech scuba here in Houston since 2005. She enjoys scuba diving, traveling, CrossFit, reading, and hanging out with friends/family. She is incredibly excited to be part of the MHS team and have the capability to pay it forward with women who are diagnosed with Breast Cancer.
