STEPHANIE COOPER, PATIENT CARE / SURGERY COORDINATOR
Stephanie Cooper has been with the practice for over four years. She earned her Bachelors of Science from the University of Texas at Tyler and worked in healthcare for over a decade. When you are consulting with Dr. Rednam or Dr. Boutros, Stephanie will be an integral part of your experience with our practice. She excels at discussing all details of the surgical plan and makes scheduling surgery with our office effortless for our patients! She loves her ridiculously handsome husband, Chris, two kiddos named Christopher and Wyatt, an old yellow lab named Dually, and (she’s ashamed to admit) a Chiweenie named Lil’ Ting. She is also passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating a 90% plant-based diet and exercising regularly.
Morgan Webster – Patient Care / Surgery Coordinator
Morgan Webster is beyond blessed to be a part of the HPCS team, and to coordinate for Dr. Erika Sato. Morgan and her husband (talk radio personality, Producer Kenny of the Walton & Johnson Show and Micheal Berry Show) are Houstonian-transplants by way of Chicago. Morgan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia College Chicago, as well as two Midwest Emmy nominations for her work in production and reporting. Her investigative reporting work has been published in several Chicago news outlets including the Chicago Tribune. Morgan has always had a passion for musical performance. She spent her twenties singing and dancing in review shows at Six Flags Great America, and although she never studied musical theater at Columbia she starred in several of their main stage shows, including her favorite musical of all time – Westside Story. She loves travel and adventure, and in 2005 was a contestant on CBS’s Survivor: Guatemala. Her and her husband spend their free time road-tripping around Texas, and have made it their life mission to convince their family back in Illinois to move down to the great state of Texas!
JACQUELINE MAKOVY, MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Jacqueline joined HPCS in 2016 and works in our practice as a Medical Assistant. She grew up right outside Houston and attended Auburn University where she earned her BS in Biology. Jacqueline is passionate about assisting patients in their journey before and after surgery. She helps to ensure that every patient and their family members have a great experience.
Kara McAfee, M.S., PA-C
Kara was born and raised in New Boston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed her masters degree in PA studies at Baylor College of Medicine. She has worked as a physician assistant for twelve years now in various specialties, with six of those years in reconstructive plastic surgery. She has loved working with the patients and physicians at HPCS for the last 3 years and especially enjoys her time spent helping breast cancer patients in their walks to full recovery. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, snow skiing, and reading.
ANNIE GALVIN, RN
Annie, R.N., joined HPCS in 2016. She is Houston born and raised and received her BSN degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. She has explored many different areas of medicine but specifically, enjoys the Plastic Surgery field. Annie loves working with patients and their families pre – and – postoperatively, ensuring that all involved have a positive surgical experience.
JANA HAGGARD, B.S.N., RN
Jana has served in the nursing field since April 2012. Her nursing career began in the Operating Room at Memorial Hermann Hospital- TMC, where she was first introduced to the surgeons within this practice. After a few years, she was asked to join their ranks. Jana loves the variety of care she gets to offer her patients at HPCS in the roles of pre-operative, clinical, operating room and recovery nurse. Aside from work, she is happily married and lives nearby in Southwest Houston. Jana has one yellow lab and their first baby on the way. Fall is her favorite time of year where she gets to root on the football team at her alma mater, Texas A&M University. Whoop!
KATIE HOFFMAN, B.S.N., RN
Katie Hoffman, B.S.N., R.N. is the most senior nurse at HPCS Surgery. She is from the small town of Nada, Texas where her Father is a rice farmer. She’s a country girl that enjoys hunting/fishing and being outdoors. Katie prides herself on being able to provide compassion and understanding that exudes through her patient care.
MAEGAN BOLTON, R.N
Maegan Bolten was born and raised in Sealy, TX. She attended Blinn college where she got her associates in biology. She went on to attend Wharton county junior college where Maegan graduated from in 2016 with my Associates Degree in Nursing. She has been a part of the HPCS team since January 2017 and has loved every minute of it. She recently moved to Katy, but will always stay a country girl at heart. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and helping her parents take care of their land and cattle at their ranch in Sealy.
